Friday, May 15 Arrive early if you like, get checked in.

Saturday, May 16

8:00 am – 6:00 pm - Registration and Hospitality Room, See old friends and catch up on your Hudson stories.

8:00 am – 6:00 pm – Swap Meet, Please feel free to bring parts or items to sell

1:00 pm - Depart on driving tour to Huntington, Indiana for a time of fun at the Souers Car Storage facility. The location is approximately 45 minutes from the hotel. Huntington was the site of the 1966 Hudson Essex Terraplane Club national meet. While at the facility view over 20 Hudsons awaiting restoration, parts, memorbilia, original and restored Hudsons. Sunday, May 17

8:00 am – 3:00 pm – Registration and Hospitality Room

8:00 am – 3:00 pm – Swap Meet

9:30 am – All you care to eat brunch at the Hotel

Restaurant $11.95

Free if you stayed overnight at the hotel.

The Annual Souers Hudson Meet started in 1965 and is one of the longest continuously running meets in the country.

The meet is in Fort Wayne, Indiana and will be a two-day event. The event is sponsored by the Northern Indiana-Ohio chapter of the Hudson Essex Terraplane Club, Inc.

May 16-18, 2014

The location will be Don Hall’s Guesthouse
1313 W. Washington Center Rd.
Fort Wayne, IN 46825

The host hotel has a restaurant and lounge with other restaurants within walking distance. It also has an indoor and outdoor pool for the kids. There is ample room for car parking, and a giant parts area.

A limited number of rooms have been blocked for both
Friday & Saturday starting at $89 per night with a meal package

There is easy access from I-69, exit 311 or 312. Indiana’s largest shopping mall is just a couple miles away, as well as many other Fort Wayne attractions.
